Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the whole procurement process of raw materials, including market research, supplier development, inquiry and negotiation, order placement, delivery tracking and reconciliation settlement.
• Follow up industry market trends in real time, predict raw material price fluctuations, formulate proactive procurement strategies, control procurement costs and avoid market risks.
• Familiar with industry standards and production material requirements, select suitable raw materials according to the production needs of solution-dyed nylon fibers, and ensure material quality, standard compliance and stable supply.
• Maintain and optimize supplier resources, establish complete supplier files, conduct regular qualification verification and performance evaluation, and build a stable and cost-effective supply chain system.
• Coordinate with production and technical departments to match procurement demands accurately, and resolve problems concerning material quality, delivery and after-sales service to ensure stable production.
• Organize procurement data and market information, deliver regular procurement analysis reports to support corporate cost optimization and procurement strategy adjustment.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering or other related disciplines is preferred.
• Possess sound market acumen and forward-looking vision.
• Have excellent skills in communication, negotiation, cost analysis and supply chain management. The candidate shall be rigorous, responsible and efficient in work, with strong problem-solving capabilities and good team spirit.
• Candidates with procurement experience in the chemical fiber, chemical and polymer material industries are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
