工作描述:
1. 收集客户信息,建立客户档案。
Collect customer information, establish customer files.
2. 接收客户咨询、报价,订单生成,跟踪货源,收款及发货。
Send and receive customer inquiries, quote, generate orders, track goods, collections and shipments.
3. 客户服务,投诉处理,样品试用请求及跟踪。
Customer service, complaint handling, samples request and tracking.
4. 销售文件汇总整理归档,收集整理归档报告。
Collect and hold business-related documents, collect and hold reports.
5. 处理客户退货换货维修等服务请求、跟踪进度、与其他部门协调。
Process returns and repair, track progress and assort with other departments.
6. 收集整理月度、季度、年度销售数据并汇报,管理各类信息数据并负责保密。
Collect monthly, quarterly and yearly business data and reporting, management of all kinds of data, maintain secrecy.
7. 其他客户服务相关业务。
Other customer service-related working tasks.
招聘要求:
1. 本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
2. 销售助理相关工作经验。
Sales assistant related working experience.
3. 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 。
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. 责任心强,积极主动,具有团队精神。
Strong sense of responsibility. Active. Good team spirit.
5. 英语四级以上,优秀的英文读写能力。
CET 4 or above, fluency in reading and writing.
