Job Summary:
· Be responsible for the daily domestic and oversea customer visits, meeting sales and customer requirements and promoting company image.
· Be responsible for the daily operations of office administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
l Support sales in customer reception, providing logistic arrangements such as transport, hotel, meal and technical support etc.
l Deal with customer site demands with good service attitude within the shortest time.
l Provide excellent service to build good relationships with customers and promote corporate image.
l Assist to build and improve the customer reception team in policy, standard work, service quality and customer satisfaction.
l Effectively control and reduce the reception expenses and cost.
l Cooperate with other dept. to complete special visits on product inspection and performance test witness.
l Coordinate part of or all administrative activities such as transportation arrangement, canteen, dormitory, cleaning & sanitation, office renovation, nameplate, employee ID card etc.
l Handle the affairs for expatriates with transacting visa, work permit, residence permit, and rental house.
l Assist in managing the Staff Management Committee.
l In the process of planning and carrying out their own work, consider and carry out EHS work simultaneously, improve the EHS management of the department, prevent and eliminate EHS accidents.
l Others assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Be capable in written and spoken English with CET-4 or above
· Good writing skills are required.
· Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
· A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in admin, sales, sales support or other related activities in a multinational company.
· Good image, energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, good communicator, good at time management and coordinating.
