o Select appropriate recruiting channels
选择筛选简历
o Shortlist incoming resumes and schedule interviews
Attentive to 1st interviews for all candidates under supervisory level
安排并跟进面试情况,特别是主管级以下岗位
o Prepare paperwork for new hires
准备新员工入职资料
o Collect recruitment related list(such as recruitment status list/report)
汇总招聘相关资料(如招聘类表格、报告)
o Follow up probation
办理员工试用期评估手续
• New Comer
新员工入职
o Arrange candidates approved by company to attend health check
安排录用者体检
o Arrange new comer come to work (including sign fill in tables, organize the training for new comer…)
安排新员工入职(填写入职表格/组织实施入职培训)
o New comer related admin business (including put out dressing box key, card…)
办理入职相关行政事务(如,发放更衣柜钥匙/门禁卡等)
• Employee P-file Maintenance
员工档案管理
o Keep employee records up-to-date (including update the data in system Kingdee)
更新员工信息(同时在系统中予以更新)
• Staff exit
员工离职管理
o Process / assist with staff exit (termination/resignation)
办理员工离职手续
o Conduct exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
安排离职面谈,分析员工离职原因
o Support on any arbitration claims
处理员工投诉
• Payroll
工资
o Working attendance management (including collect and check each dept.’s data…)
考勤管理(包括收集和核对各部门考勤数据)
o Calculates and distributes monthly payroll

• University degree or equivalent
大学本科或同等学历
• Min of 3 years of experience in recruiting in manufacturing environment, full spectrum of HR functions will be a plus
三年以上制造型企业相关工作经验
• Familiar with HR system
熟悉HR信息系统
