Job Summary
This position is mainly responsible for SAP system maintenance; as the backup for orientation training.
Tasks and Responsibilities
•Attendance management and the key user for SAP HRM function.
•Implement SAP & corresponding HRIS systems security functions, such as audits, issues resolution, testing and consultation. Including collaboration with headquarter HRIS partners
•To be responsible for monthly reports, like turnover rate, flexible working hours, etc.
•As the backup for blue collar orientation training.
•To be responsible for white collar onboarding materials preparations and make orientation training plan.
•The other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
University graduate with major in Human Resource Management or similar.
At least 3 years HR working experience or above in MNC Company.
Working knowledge of SAP HCM preferred.
Be skillful in office software, like PPT, excel and word.
Experienced in English written and oral.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, patient, open-minded and strong service awareness. goal oriented and team player.
