Answering the telephone, recepting visiting customers, then notice related department.
接听来电,接待来访客户,通知相关部门。
Preparing drinks for external meetings.
为会议准备茶水(不包括内部会)。

Contact person for the catering company in the cantine (check the menu, calculate the persons which will join the lunch, dinner, give feedback to the catering company about the food quality.
