工作描述:
POSITION SUMMARY
Processing and supervising of customer orders.
Customer contact and improve customer relationship.
Coordinate between customer, production and support to fulfill customer requirements regarding quantity and dates.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for creating and maintaining new customers’ information, pricing information etc. in SAP system.
Receiving customer order, creating and releasing order in SAP system.
Coordinating production, logistic and other departments to meet customer QTY and shipment date requirements.
Tracking the order implement as planned and ensure on time delivery.
Customer monthly sales forecast release, to make a periodical update according to customer’s input.
Statistics and report based on the customer’s requirements.
Manage the documents of contract, enquiry, offer, and delivery records, etc.
Assist in other works required by the manager.
Follow plant environment, occupational health, safety rules and wear personal protection equipment.
Ensure GSSF&TRIR/LTCR reach yearly target.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree above with at least 3 years working experience in order processing or similar.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Be familiar with SAP System.
