岗位职责：
1. Complete PLC control logic development and motion control programming according to equipment technical requirements and process flow.
依据设备技术要求与工艺流程，完成 PLC 控制逻辑及运动控制程序开发。

2. Responsible for HMI interface design, function development and equipment authority, data management work.
负责人机界面开发、功能实现，完成设备权限、数据管理相关设计。

3. Complete industrial bus networking, data interaction and safety control program development in accordance with relevant safety standards.
完成工业总线组网、数据交互，依据安全规范完成安全控制程序设计。

4. Carry out factory debugging, on-site commissioning and fault troubleshooting, optimize equipment operation efficiency.
开展厂内调试、现场调试及故障排查，持续优化设备运行效率。

5. Promote program version management, modular design and technical standardization construction.
推进程序版本管控、模块化设计与技术标准化建设工作。

6. Complete equipment acceptance, technical document sorting, customer training and after-sales technical support.
完成设备验收、技术资料归档，负责客户培训及售后技术服务。

7. Cooperate with all teams to sort out commissioning problems and realize continuous optimization of control programs.
协同各部门梳理调试问题，完成控制程序的持续迭代优化。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or related majors.
本科及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化相关专业背景。

2. More than 8 years experience in software programming and commissioning of non-standard automation equipment, familiar with full software development process.
8 年及以上非标自动化设备软件编程与调试经验，熟悉软件全流程开发工作。

3. Proficient in mainstream PLC systems and programming tools, have rich experience in motion control and process development.
熟练使用主流 PLC 平台及编程工具，具备丰富的运动控制与工艺开发经验。

4. Familiar with industrial bus technology and functional safety standards, capable of safety program design and commissioning.
掌握工业总线技术与功能安全标准，可独立完成安全程序设计与调试。

5. Good modular programming thinking, problem analysis ability and on-site emergency handling capability.
具备良好的模块化编程思维、问题分析能力及现场应急处理能力。

6. Experience in packaging, palletizing, labeling and conveying equipment commissioning is preferred.
有包装、码垛、标签、输送类设备调试经验者优先
