Gerneral Purpose：
Assist Sales Engineer in series of sales activities to achieve assigned yearly sales targets.
辅助销售工程师的系列销售活动，以实现年度销售目标

1.Enter the customer contracts and orders into the SAP system,and does the relevant records, finishes archiving work.将销售员与客户签订的合同订单录入SAP系统，同时做好相关记录、整理归档工作
2.Responsible for    the system shipments, system billing; for the financial sector to provide invoices, timely sent to the customer and confirmed by the customer.负责订单的系统出货、系统开票；对于财务部门提供的发票，及时准确的发送给客户并得到客户的确认
3.Contact and communicate internal customers.联系沟通内部客户，满足客户要求
4.Handling TCNT import and export matters, Ensure delivery on time.处理TCNT进出口事务，确保零件的准时发货
5.Produce and maintain sales department documents, maintain 6S.制作与维护销售部门文件资料，保持6S
6.Assist sales to complete internal communication & coordination.协助销售员完成内部各部门的沟通协调，以满足客户需求
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..).良好的办公软件技能
3.Good English
4.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
5.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
6.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
7.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
