工作内容：
1.Design of fixtures, e.g. material handling devices, measurement fixtures, assembly devices, work piece holding fixtures, ect.,
使用Solidworks设计工装，比如物流工装，测量工装，装配工装，夹具工装等
2.Maintenance of fixture drawings database and relevant SAP data.
在SAP系统中维护相应的工装夹具图纸等信息
3.Coordination of purchasing and manufacturing of fixture components and inventory maintenance.
协调采购和制造维护控制工装部件和库存
4.Develops project plans, manages project team activities, maintains data and reports to track progress, monitors work to ensure quality, displays commitment to excellence, meets productivity standards, and completes projects on time and budget
制定项目计划，管理项目活动，维护项目数据以及汇报进度。跟踪相关的项目工作以确保杰出的项目质量以符合生产效率以及达到时间节点及预算目标
5.Optimization of production process through TRUMPF Production System (SYNCHRO & SYNCHRO PLUS), develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and improve processes within departments to increase productivity and effectiveness.
根据通快生产系统(SYNCHRO & SYNCHRO PLUS), 制定，实施，监督，

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.English reading and writing skill 英语读写能力
3.Solid Works and MS office applications required and SAP a plus
熟练使用Solidworks，MS office软件，SAP经验优先
4.Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
能够同时管理多个项目的能力
5.Experience in fixture design and strong mechanical engineering background preferred.
6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
8.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力

备注：工装夹具设计经验，有很强机械工程设计背景优先
