工作描述:
We are looking for a new colleague to take over the human resources (HR) responsibilities at our location in Taicang. Established in 2008, our team in Taicang consists of about 30 colleagues. As a next step we plan to set up an HR department in Taicang to support our existing team and to play a crucial role in expanding the team further.
He/she will take up the new HR position and handle all HR related topics at the location. From recruitment, to onboarding, training and development and team building, the new colleague will be active in a broad spectrum. For the introduction of new processes and structures, he/she will closely work with our global HR team, who provides further guidance in the setup of the local HR department.
Besides HR topics, he/she will also be dealing with information requests from the local government and handling cash transactions with the employees (travel expenses, reimbursements).

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration required. With specialization in Human Resources Management preferred.
Professional skills:
• Two-year experience in Human Resources at an international company
• Knowledgeable about legal aspects in employment (labor law, contract law)
• Ability to use different recruitment channels and familiar with interview techniques for blue color and white color employees.
• Enjoy organizing team events, training plans and interview rounds.
• Basic understanding of financial aspect of HR, as in payrolls, benefits, reimbursements.
Social skills:
• Strong communicator, prefer direct talk and interactions with employees.
• Be emphatic and able to understand employee’s situation and feelings from their point of view.
• Structured and organized work habits.
• Goal oriented mindset and a high degree of self-organization.
Language skills:
• Chinese, native
• English, fluent in both written as spoken (CET 4 to 6)
Computer skills:
• Be familiar with the standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• ERP/CRM knowledge of SAP or similar
