工作描述:
1.Responsible for new product development program based on sales ACQ and PM system procedures of our company;
2.Organize and coordinate internal depts. for orders release and production submission;
3.Communicating with the OEMs, ensuring the accurate understanding of the requirements of clients for potential programs;
4.Based on ERP system, to complete monthly sales data checking, invoicing etc. which related sales management.
5.Assist PM complete plans and coordinate validation activities, organizes test work packages by issuing work order to lab, in support of program milestones (e.g. design verification tests to support drawing release, product validation testing to support production part approval process);
6. Project and sales management
- To identify and develop new projects and provide customized solution
- To provide technical support for customers
- Price and delivery management
7. Business development and technical service
- To identify new business opportunity from the market.
- To formulate suitable business penetration plan
- Provide technical service for customer
8. After sales service
9. Other assigned job

1.Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, international trade , business or related field ;5 - 7 year experience in program management, automotive product engineering, experience on same products preferred;Knowledge on project management or sales management , including sales plan and budget .
2.Technical Expertise:
Good knowledge about product developing process is plus ;
Good communication and presentation skill ;
Fluent English for both oral and written。
Customer oriented
Hard-working & a good team player
3.Methodical Competence:
Project management knowledge;
Use program management tools as office package and advanced excel
4.Interpersonal Competence:
Very well communication ability;
Easy-going presentation Skill;
English language use CET-4 or above.
5. Preferable competences
Basic German or basic Portuguese will be fine
Customer oriented, hard-working & a good team player
6. Willing to travel frequently to visit and develop costumers
After period of training at Company have to visit costumers , follow the sales plan , support quality actions , contact purchase , finance , quality etc departments of costumers
7. Willing to travel frequently in China
