@MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1.Sourcing proper supplies for all raw material & indirect materials RFQs and get quotations timely.
为所有原材料和间接物料需求寻找合适的供应商并及时获得报价。
2.Guarantee competitive price and good quality in responsible purchase category, keep raw material price correct and valid in system for mass production projects.
在对应采购类别中确保有竞争力的价格和良好的质量，在系统中为量产项目维护正确且有效的价格。
3.Complete data statistics and analysis through cost analysis and market research to ensure the competitiveness of procurement channels.
通过成本分析及市场调研，完成数据统计分析等工作，确保采购渠道的竞争力。
4.Issue purchase orders timely and track them according to approved purchase requisitions, strengthen communication with suppliers, ensure sufficient supply, stable supply quality, and accurate delivery time.
根据批准的采购请求及时发放采购订单并进行跟踪，加强与供应商沟通，确保货源充足，供货质量稳定，交货时间准确。
5.Assist to deal with supplier’s delivery or quality issue when necessary.
在需要时协助处理供应商的交付或质量投诉。
6.Optimize and integrate existing supplier’s resources, control and reduce purchasing costs to achieve cost reduction goals.
优化整合现有供应商资源，控制降低采购成本达成降本目标。
7.Follow company’s purchasing policy and related processes strictly, maintain a clean and good relationship with suppliers, and establish an equal and mutually beneficial supply and demand environment.
采购作业中严格遵守公司采购政策与相关流程，与供应商保持廉洁良好的关系，建立平等互利的供需环境。
8.Complete Other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他工作。

@SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
1.Education & Major 学历与专业                           
Bachelor degree or above, business, or engineer major or related.
本科及以上学历，管理或工科类相关专业。
2.Job Related Experience 相关工作经验           
In-depth knowledge of raw material & indirect materials sourcing and supplier management.
对原材料采购和辅材有一定的了解。
3.Total Working Experience整体工作经验
3-8 years purchasing experience in Auto industry.
3-8年汽车行业采购经验
4.Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识   
Familiar with ERP 熟悉ERP系统
Cost awareness and value analysis ability成本意识与价值分析能力
Familiar with procurement related quality management 熟悉采购相关质量管理体系
Understand relevant legal knowledge such as contract law了解合同法等相关的法律知识
