Reception function, reception work of visitors.
接待功能,访客接待工作。
Responsible for daily admin management such as but not limited to canteen, security, cleaning, company car & stationery & PPE supplies.
负责但不仅限于餐厅、保安、保洁、公司用车、文具、劳保用品的日常管理。
Responsible for Internal & external travel support – e.g. visa, hotel, ticket, car rental, etc.
负责公司内部及外部的差旅支持,如:签证、酒店、机票、租车等。
Responsible for admin support on team meetings, activities, trainings etc.
负责团队会议、活动、培训等的行政支持。
Support on company big event, e.g. annual dinner, event celebration,team building etc.
支持公司大型活动,如年度晚宴、活动庆典,团建等。

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
协助准备定期报告。
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, provide general support to visitors

Submit and reconcile daily operation expense

Translate general documents between Chinese and English.
协助翻译中英文一般文件。

Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Assist in opening job vacancy, maintaining recruiting channels, Collecting potential CVs, Interview arrangement, interviews records collection.
协助补充职位空缺,维护招聘渠道,收集潜在的简历,安排面试,参与面试,收集面试记录。
Assist in handling all employee check-in,check-out and internal transfer procedures.
协助办理所有员工入职、离职和内部调动手续。
Update all employee database and maintain and keep HR files and documents timely and accurately, in a systematic and professional manner;
更新所有员工数据库,及时、准确、系统、专业地维护和保存人力资源档案和文件。
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
处理文件并准备与人事活动(人员配备、招聘、培训、不满、绩效评估等)相关的报告。
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
处理员工关于人力资源问题、规章制度的要求。
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
通过提供相关数据(缺席、奖金、休假等)来协助准备工资。
Other task assigned by Manager.

Education
college degree
大专以上学历
Requirements
Fluent at oral and written English.
良好的英语口语和书写能力。
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
了解办公室管理系统和流程。
Proficiency in MS Office.
熟练使用MS Office办公软件
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
优秀的时间管理技能和区分轻重缓急工作。
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
