工作描述：
Structural Steel Project Manager is responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Safety, Quality, Logistics, and Management of Subcontractors, Sub-Suppliers, and Vendors. The Project Manager must have great people skills and be able to communicate well with foreign customers using English language skills and the following function:
• Take complete ownership of project management, including managing inter-departmental relationships.
• Manage and provide ongoing progress and feedback to customers, and internally at production meetings.
• Preserve ALL PROJECT DATA, INCLUDING PRODUCTION PICTURES.
• Create master project schedule and manage all project documentation.
• Attend new project turnover meetings, kickoff meetings, and production meetings.
• Administer contract, including Requests for Information, Change Orders, Subcontracts, Sub-Suppliers, and Outsourcing requirements.
• Communicate Contract and Project Specification requirements to team.
• Ensure all applicable drawings, specifications, standards, and codes current.
• Identify and remedy schedule threats and protect the company from financial damages.
• Work with production managers and to track progress and report production quantities. Ensure production goals are always on schedule.
• Manage buyout of project materials.
