Duties and Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Identify and evaluate needed production technologies in cooperation with internal departments and aligned with the AME lead location;
2. Perform risk assessments and feasibility study for new projects;
3. Review and update equipment specifications to ensure compliance to standards and lean line design;
4. Plan engineering activities and lean production at serial production process development of automotive products;
5. Provide P-FMEA, line layout and production engineering documents during production process development;
6. Technical assistance to supplier regarding production equipment;
7. Manage supporting team members and support to project management;
8. Support debugging activities in start-up phase;
9. Execute internal and external performance tests and process audits;
10. Discuss with R&D to follow lean product design principles while design process;
11. Technical support of development, purchasing, supplier management and sales regarding technical and financial feasibility;
12. Other tasks arranged by manager.
Requirements任职要求 ：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering or manufacturing;
2. At least 3 year of the experience in automotive industry, understanding special process control, such as CQI;
3. Practical experience in managing a project until production ramp-up to SOP;
4. Knowledge of the automotive industry electrical motor, familiar with pressing, tighten, welding, winding, gluing process is prefer;
5. Good command of computer knowledge- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc;
6. Fluent in both oral & written English.
