Duties and responsibilities职责和责任
• Be responsible to proceed the service case according to the instruction of service specialist;
根据服务专员的安排执行服务任务;
• Update working cost schedule daily to service specialist;
每日向服务专员更新工作成本表;
• Ensure all the related materials, including, but not limited to, tools, drawing, soft or hard material are well prepared for each service case;
确保每次服务任务相关的资源准备妥当,包含,但不限于工具,图纸,软硬件材料等;
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions;
错误或技术问题诊断,并确定正确的解决方案
• Be responsible to write service report and present to service specialist with the signed report from customer side;
负责撰写服务报告,并提交有客户签名的报告给服务专员;
• Be responsible to make arrangement of service area and maintain and update the tools status to service specialist weekly;
负责服务区域整理,维护和每周更新工具使用状况给服务专员;
• Support sales team to customer complaints case with FIBRO products;
协助销售团队处理客户有关FIBRO产品的投诉;
• Build positive relationships with customers and promote FIBRO products and services;
建立积极的客户关系和推广菲薄若产品和服务;
• Other tasks assigned by Service Supervisor BU SP and BU RT China.
服务主管交办的其他事务。

Qualifications include资质包括:
• Proven service experience is preferred, and acceptable for freshman
优先现场服务经验,可接受新人
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment is preferred
优先具备故障排除,测试,维修和技术设备服务的能力;
• Mandarin and English literacy
普通话和英文阅读能力;
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
适应灵活的和随机的工作安排;
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
熟悉移动工具和应用;
• Technical degree or certification
具有相应的技术资质或证书;
• Proven computer skills, referring to MS office, PPT, calendar, and so on.
