1.Building a bridge between our global quality and procurement associates and local suppliers.
2.Participating in Strategie supplier quality activities:
a. Assessment and qualification of new local suppliers forAUMA Group, development of Strategie local suppliers for AUMA Group;
b. Periodical evaluation and tracking ofsuppliers' quality performances;
c. Planning and performing regulär visits and cyclical supplier quality audits. Assistance during escalations due to quality issues within AUMA Group:
d.Providing support and technical guidance to the suppliers; Coordination of corrective actions and checking their effectiveness by auditing relevant processes;
e.Quality planning, Initial sampling for AUMA Group: Supporting AUMA Group during    difficulties in product qualifications;
f. Coordination of measurement methods with local suppliers.
g. Office at AUMA China, direct reporting.exclusively to AUMA HQ/

2. Willingness to travel internationally;    assumption of responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality
3. A technical degree, preferably in the field of electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering;
4.    profound and several years of experience in the field of supplier quality management in a medium-sized to large industrial Company with focus on diverse manufacturing processes like metal casting, deep drawing, plastic injection moulding and sintered parts;
5.    good working knowledge of auditing,quality control Standards and quality analysis tools like 8D, SRC, etc.
6. very good proficiency in English, knowledge of German is an added advantage;
7. good experience in MS-Office, ERP and CAQ Systems.
