•Guarantee competitive price and good quality in responsible purchase category.负责的采购类别中保证有竞争力的价格和良好的质量.
•Select supplier with a purchasing approach (quality requirement, cost commitment, delivery time control, and innovation …) 选择具有采购的供应商（质量要求、成本承诺、交付时间控制和创新…）
•Promote and manage co-development with supplier and early supplier involvement, selection and supplier qualification process. Existing suppliers' integration.促进和管理与供应商的合作开发，早期供应商参与、选择和供应商资格鉴定过程。现有供应商整合
•Capitalizes market expertise, investigate innovative purchasing possibilities/ options.利用市场专业知识，调查创新的购买可能性/选择。
•Monitor supplier capabilities and market trends and develop strategic relationships.监控供应商能力和市场趋势，发展战略关系。
•Provide excellent and in time service to internal customer.为内部客户提供优质及时的服务
•Review purchase requirement and execute purchase and payment to make sure qualified parts available on time with reasonable inventory level and reasonable lowest cost.审查采购要求，执行采购和付款，以确保合格的零件及时可用，库存水平合理，成本合理。
•Strictly to achieve purchasing saving target and ensures Purchasing CIP activities and daily efficiency sourcing.严格实现采购节约目标，确保采购CIP活动和日常采购效率。
•Familiar with SAP System, especially on the purchasing function part, and following after purchasing process, for example GR/IR clean up.熟悉SAP系统，特别是在采购功能部分，并遵循采购后的流程，例如GR/IR清理
•Strictly follow up company compliance policy.严格遵守公司合规政策。
•In order to have a successful sourcing, keep the good communication with all internal departments to fully understand the specification.为了获得成功的采购，与所有内部部门保持良好的沟通，以充分了解规范。
•Other tasks assigned by line manager.直接上级交办的其他任务。
