Gerneral Purpose：
Field Service engineer will be responsible for TCNE MF/RF/MB/DC generators testing/installation, repairing and training to customer.
现场服务工程师主要负责公司中频、射频、匹配器、直流等电源产品的现场安装、调试、维修，以及给客户提供培训。

Main Task:
1.Responsible for TCNE MFRFMBDC generators testing/installation, training for customer.
负责公司中频、射频、匹配器、直流等电源产品的现场安装/测试，及现场给客户培训从而使客户满意；
2.To implement the troubleshooting on-site efficiently; analyze and summarize the cause of equipment malfunction.
有效地完成现场的抢修任务，同事负责对故障的原因进行分析与总结；
3.Transfer the resident location to Taicang repair center for generators repairing support if needed.
需要的话，能够到太仓维修中心进行电源维修支持
4.To coordinate technology efficiently various relations with domestic/international customers and headquarter colleagues, handover feedback.
和国内/国外客户及总部同事进行有效的协调及沟通，处理并反馈相关信息
5.Engagement with application/sales business team information collect
参与技术应用及销售相关业务部门的信息收集；
6.Accept travelling (domestic and abroad)
如工作所需，须接受国内/国外出差
7.Achieve other task assigned by supervisor (eg. repair report, field test report, repair center improvements ,etc )
完成上级领导指派的其他任务 ( 如维修报告，现场测试报告，维修中心改善等)。
8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degree 本科学历
2.Electrical, Electronics, automation 电子、电气、自动化等相关专业
3.Min 3 years of experience as service engineer in electronics and related.
至少3年在电子或相关行业担任工程师的经验.
4.Skills:
-Academic Background: College graduated or above, Major in Power Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering
本科或以上学历，主修电子工程, 电气工程专业
-have knowledge background with power supply’s electronical logical circuit, Electrical schematic, components function
了解电源产品内部的逻辑回路，电气图纸，各元器件的功能等相关技术知识
-With experience in Low-E glass, display, solar coating, especial in semiconductor is a plus,
真空镀膜玻璃，显示器镀膜，太阳能镀膜，特别是半导体行业经验佳
5.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
6.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
7.Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must 能够适应必须的不规则的商务差旅.
8.Strong anti-pressure ability 抗压能力强.
9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
