MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. 按照工时定额完成生产任务。
Finish the mission according to the ration of the working time.
2. 严格按照检验计划的要求来生产或加工零件
Produce the parts according inspection plan.
2.1 按要求提交产品首末件检验和完成过程检验。Submit first and last article inspection and complete process inspection as required.
2.2 按要求正确实施不良品的处理
Correctly handle defective products as required
3. 正确填写各类报表和生产记录，尤其是质量控制表。
Fill in all kinds of report forms and production records correctly, especially quality control sheet.
4. 机器的日常点检和维护。
Machines daily check and maintain.
5. 排除设备故障时配合维修人员进行设备修理。
Work with the maintainer to repair the equipment.
6. 生产中严格执行先进先出的生产物流原则。
Perform the principle of first in first out strictly during the production.
7. 对所操作的设备能独立进行技术性调整和进行样品生产调试。
Adjust the machines and conduct sample production commissioning independently.
8. 遵守安全规章。
Keep the safety regulations.
9. 保持设备及设备周围地面的卫生和5S。
Keep the sanitation of the machines and ground around the machines an 5S.
10.按定制的管理要求做好设备、物料、产品、文件等的相关工作事项。
Finish the relevant work procedure of machines, material, product, documents according to the established requirements.
11.公司交给的其他任务。
Other relevant work given by company.

Education & Major 学历与专业
中专以上学历&机械或模具专业；

Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
具有3年以上设备操作经验，优先有注塑工作经验；

Total Working Experience整体工作经验
能够独立操作和调整设备，简单了解注塑的生产工艺及设备操作；

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识
能够使用电脑，能够使用卡尺/千分尺等通用量具；
