1、按照先进先出原则，根据检验计划、作业流转卡、图纸、PCO的要求检测，检测零件的硬度、清洁度、制备拍摄金相组织等。
Inspect the parts according to the FIFO, inspection plan, shop router, drawing, PCO. Inspect the parts hardness, cleanliness and take picture for the parts microstructure.
2、严格按照热处理作业流转卡,图纸和检验计划的要求来进行检测       
Inspect the parts according to the shop router, drawing and inspection plan.
3、正确建立及填写检测报告, 作业流转卡和PCO。
Create and fill in the inspection report, shop router and PCO correctly.
4、根据要求认真做好来料和出货检。
According to the WI do the Incoming inspection and delivery inspection earnestly.
5、每天认真统计检测数据的SPC及校准设备。
Daily analyze the data with SPC and calibrate the inspection tester.
6、每天及每周认真做好检测设备的维护保养，5S及交接班。
Maintain the inspection tester & 5S and shift handover earnestly by daily and weekly.
7、出现不合格零件立即按不合格品处理流程处理。
Treat the non-conforming parts according to the non-conforming procedure.
8、对所操作的设备能独立进行技术性调整。
Adjust the machines independently.
9、遵守安全规章。
Keep the safety regulations.
10、按规定的管理要求做好设备、物料、产品、文件等的相关工作事项。
Finish the work of machines, material, product, documents etc. according to the procedure.
11、参与编制热处理实验室的操作指导书。
Support create the WI for heat treatment lab.
12、完成热处理实验室及主管交代的其他相关检测工作。
Finish the inspection related job required by the Super. of QA & Lab
13、可随时配合加班并根据公司要求按三班或两班进行工作
