1. Responsible for supporting the sales of Konvekta products and services to customers. Support the Sales Supervisor to reach the company sales targets
    负责支持康唯特空调在中国地区的销售和对客户服务管理工作；支持销售主管实现公司销售目标；
2. Support and maintain existing customers;
    支持和维护现有的客户；
3. Manage customer's complaints and provide excellent customer support ;
    处理客户抱怨，为客户提供优秀服务；
4. Responsible for Accounts Receivables;
    负责相关客户的应收帐款；
5. Ensure that the product prices and specifications so that the client can search in time;
    确保产品报价及技术规格以便客户能及时的查询；
6. Ensure the delivery in time of the products customers ordered;
    确保客户产品的及时交货；
7. Responsible for correct pricing;
    负责产品的正确报价；
8. Provides information and service on new products for customers ;
    为客户提供新的产品信息及服务；
9. Provide sales reports timely;
    及时提供销售报表；
10. Complete other jobs ordered .

1. College degree or above
    大专以上学历
2. Product-related training
    受过产品知识方面的培训
3. Industry related work experience is preferred; Good English ability is preferred
    有行业相关工作经验者优先；有良好英语基础者优先；
4. Familiar with office software
    熟练使用办公软件
