工作描述:
Main Responsibilities:
- Take care of the reception area and conference room, and be proactive to ensure a first-class company image to all the visitors
负责接待区域及会议室,保洁干净整洁,确保给所有来访客人有良好的第一印象
- Coordinating and arranging visits of clients
协调并安排好来访客人
- Provide a high standard guest reception and switchboard service, answer all incoming phone calls
提供高标准的访客接待并负责公司电话总机的接线工作。对来往电话态度和蔼,恰当使用礼貌用语
- Support booking express, lunch, hotel, drinking water and other office suppliers
协调安排公司员工的快递、午餐、酒店、用水等供应;
- Receive and distribute all incoming mails, deliveries, and do a good track record
负责并安排邮件、快递的收发,并做好相关记录;
- Assist in organizing company activities, such as outing, etc.
协助组织公司的活动,如团建等。
- Assist the registration and training for new comers
协助新员工登记及培训事项

Requirement:
