1. Managing a team of customer services including instrument set up and training on site .
管理售后团队完成客户现场的仪器安装和培训。
2. Developing instrument service procedures ,polices and standard for service team ,investigating and solving customer’s problems ,meeting with other department to discuss possible improvement to service .
为售后服务团队制定服务流程，政策和标准。解决客户的问题，和其他部门讨论改进服务的可能性。
3. Responsible for all of instrument maintenance (repair and calibration).
负责所有仪器的维修，保养，校准等工作。
4. Keep contact with Germany headquarter service department for instrument issue resolve .
与德国总部及时沟通确保仪器问题的快速解决。
5. Write professional reports about instrument and hand it over to the management .
向管理层撰写专业仪器方面的工作报告。
6. Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service, keep ahead of service know-how and document database, arrange technical training from internal source and out source.
培训员工提供高标准的客户服务，保持服务意识和文档数据的整理。安排人员内部培训和外部培训。
Requirements: 售后主管的要求
1. College degree or above ,major in mechanical ,electrical ,automation or related .
大专以上学历，机械、电气、自动化等相关专业。
2. At least 5 years; experience in equipment ,instrument ,sensor area. With maintenance or machinery role in the past .
至少5年以上设备、仪器，传感器类或者维修及机械类工作经验。
3. Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics.
良好的机械和电气基础知识。
4. At least 2 years as team leader and administrator level .
至少2年以上团队领导和管理经验。
5. Fluent write and speak in English.
流利的英语读写能力。
6. Greative, capable of bottom-line responsibility ,good team player.
创造力，责任心，良好的团队合作精神。
7. Good computer skills .
良好的计算机能力。
8. Self-motivated ,outgoing and good communication skills .
积极主动和良好的沟通能力。
9. Knowledge of instrument,equipment for leak test area would be a plus .
具有测试仪器或设备以及气密行业知识者优先。
10. Driver license and good skills .
需要有驾照，驾车技术良好。
11. Work under pressure .
能承受压力工作。
12. Willing to travel whole China and had chance travel in Asia or Germany .
愿意在国内偶尔去亚太及德国出差。
