2. Troubleshooting for all injection molding equipment, both for electric and mechanical, including the machine related fixtures, shortest time to fix the breakdown or fault from the equipment.

3. To improve and optimize the preventive maintenance and repairing plan according to the Break down and lesson’s learn. 通过故障停机，经验总结等数据分析，不断的完善设备预防性维护和维修计划。
4. Establish, updates to dates for all necessary documentations and working instructions, which linked or related to the equipment, make sure the availability. 发行及更新所有关于设备的文件资料及设备相关的作业指导书，并确保实用性。
5. Define, order and regulate the safety stock, in order to store enough and necessary spare parts required from injection molding equipment situation. Find low price and good quality spare parts , follow purchasing process until the goods are delivered. 根据设备使用情况，调整备件最低库存，及时采购确保备件充足，寻找质优价廉的备件并追踪整个流程直到备件到货。
6. Responsible the machine maintenance system management in case for the audits. 负责设备维护维修相关的体系管理和审核。
7. Responsible for the specification creating and acceptance for new injection molding equipment. 负责所有新设备的规格规范的创建及验收。
8. Training responsibilities for maintenance technicians. 负责对维修维护技术员的培训。
9. Follow-up and perform actions related to the EHS regulations. 跟进和完成关于环境健康安全方面的行动计划。
10. Other task from Maintenance manager. 完成维修经理交给的其他任务。
At least 5 years working experience in injection molding machine maintenance or related automation industrial engineering. 至少5年以上注塑机维修保养及工业工程自动化方面的维修经验。
