岗位职责：
1. Lean mindsets & lean methodology implementation in DC.
2. Conduct data collecting & analysis of DC operation process, re-design or optimize the process to realize efficiency improvement & cost saving.
3. Design the optimum DC operation solution based on business requirement，meet the service level agreement and within overall cost budget.
4. Survey on latest logistics technology and implement to solution.
5. Plan and recommend investments that will achieve sustainable cost savings and process efficiency improvements.
6. Communication & presentation of solution.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience, at least 1 year focus on Lean implementation & solution design. Familiar with 3PL & DC operation.
3. Familiar with Lean methodology, e.g., VSM, SHIKUMI, Kaizen, etc.
4. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks on own initiative and to work under pressure.
5. Must be skillful on understanding logistics requirement customer focused and transferring to solution design, be passionate about process analysis, data analysis and solution design.
6. Fluent English writing and speaking.
