质量体系工程师：
1. 负责质量管理体系的策划、建立和维护
response for plan, estabilish and maintenance the quality management system.
2. 负责外部审核(第三方审核、客户审核)的准备、对应及改善项追踪
preparation, implement and tracing the findings for the external audit (third-party audit / customer audit)
3. 负责内部质量管理体系审核\过程审核的策划、实施及改善项追踪
Plan, implement and tracing the findings for the internal quality system audit, process audit
4. 负责质量/环境管理体系文件的发行、回收、作废等管理
Document control for the quality management system
5. 负责定期更新质量意识教材及召集质量意识培训
Responsible to update the quality awareness PPT and organize the quality awareness training for a regular cycle.
6. 协助质量经理对各部门的 KPI 进行追踪
Support quality manager to tracing the KPI status for each department
7. 协助质量经理对管理评审的汇总及追踪
Support quality manager to follow up with Management Review

应聘要求：
1. 5 年以上汽车行业质量管理体系相关工作经验。
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality System Management in automotive industry.
2. 熟悉 IATF 16949 质量管理体系要求，有内部审核员证书
Skilled for IATF 16949 quality management system, qualified internal auditor.
3. 熟悉汽车行业质量管理工具,如 APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7 等
Skilled for the quality management tools in auto industry，e.g APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7.
4. 熟悉 VDA 6.3 过程审核
Skilled for VDA 6.3 process audit
5. 掌握 Office 等办公软件使用
Skilled computer such office software
6. 英语口语及书写熟练
Good at oral and writing English
7. 沟通能力强，团队协作，认真负责
Good communication skill, teamwork, responsible
8. 熟悉大众、宝马、戴姆勒等主机厂特殊要求最佳
Know well of auto industry quality management, familiar with special requirement of auto OEM e.g. VW/BMW/Daimler requirement.
