工作描述:
I BROAD FUNCTION
1. As HR specialist, you will independently manage all plant wage staff relevant topics, recruitment, on boarding training, wage staff development system, ER …
2. Support supervisor on office staff recruitment activity, e.g. campus/social recruitment activity.
II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be in charge of wage staff recruitment activity, ensure wage staff needs can be met to support plant production and growth strategy.
2. Continually optimize existing recruitment channel to further bring more qualified wage staff to organization.
3. Building up partnership with vocational training school / college / university to support all recruitment activity.
4. Be in charge of plant apprentice program, e.g. program design, planning, implantation.
5. Be in charge of plant test system / wage staff development system; regularly upgrade test system to ensure system running on the effective way, all wage development activity can meet plant wage staff needs.
6. Organize plant test activity regularly base on plant needs.
7. Support line manager on office staff recruitment activity.
8. Organize employee activity regularly base on business needs.
9. Work together with supervisor on employee satisfaction improvement.
10. Be in charge of plant wage staff talent management process and activity.
11. Be in charge of plant wage staff staffing topics, on / off boarding.
12. Other task from supervisor.
III REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or above degree in HR or commercial related major.
2. At least 3-5 years of recruitment work experience, employee relation are required.
3. Good planning and organization ability.
4. Good communication skill.
5. Good conflict management skill.
6. Good knowledge in labor law is required.
7. Business oriented mindset.
