MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1. Assist in developing new product that is optimized for manufacturability.

2. Provide the molding related processes as part of the overall manufacturing strategy for new product releases.

3. Directly responsible for the successful transfer of the tool and process to our designated high volume manufacturing site for the project.

4. The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies.
基于统计分析、设计实验和能力研究做出数据驱动决策的能力。
5. Conduct tool/process improvement and lead to improve the product quality and operating process efficiency.
对工具/工艺进行改进，以提高产品质量和操作工艺效率。
6. Support molding suppliers to establish stable, capable process to meet product requirements, improve quality and reduce cost for new and existing products.
支持模具供应商建立稳定、有能力的工艺，以满足产品要求，提高质量，降低新产品和现有产品的成本。
7. Optimize the molding process to improve the efficiency and quality with parameter adjustment, new method application.
通过参数调整优化成型工艺，提高效率和质量，新方法应用。

Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
1.An extensive knowledge base (5 years minimum experience) in injection molding processes, hot runner, pocket mold, inserting mold, reel-to-reel over molding and materials.

2.Familiar with injection molding machines, especially on Arburg.
