2.和工艺，设备，质量及相关部门提高生产安全，工艺和质量
Good communication with process, equipment, quality and related department to improve production safety, process, quality and etc.
3. 负责工厂的设备和人员的安全，质量以及5S，如有问题，有责任立即采取措施并向上级汇报。
Responsible of line safety, quality and 5S, making sure right process are applied,
4. 确保所有员工都能够遵守操作指导书和质量门，培训操作工遵守失效模式手册，对员工进行多岗位技能培训并实施
Ensure all operators follow the WI and Q-gate, training operator to follow failure catalog，make multi-skill operator training plan and put it in practice
5.不断的培训和指导操作工，提高操作工的能力
Review work instruction and train operators accordingly, improve employees’ operating abilities. coaching, training, developing line leaders.
6.员工绩效，奖金管理，员工事物处理。
Operator management and performance assessment, operator bonus system management. Operator issue management, including leave, conflict, complain, motivation etc.
7.推进生产线的持续改进，不断提高生产线产能以及产能的平衡
To take a leading role in continuous improvement in the responsible area. Participate in line capacity review and line balance improvement.
