主要职责：
- Support sales for product promotion and technical exchange to customer
协助销售对客户端进行产品推广及技术交流
- As a core team member within a project development team regarding product development topic
作为项目开发团队中核心成员之一，专职产品开发相关工作
- As a sub project team leader & follow about product development stuffs with incl. but not limited to design, simulation, tooling & other R&D function
作为子项目团队主导者，主导及跟踪和产品开发相关的工作，包括但不限于：设计，仿真，模具及其他研发功能
- As a window person to customer and supplier about product technology stuffs
针对产品技术议题的窗口人对接客户及供应商
- Design 2D & 3D by own (or guide designer) according to customer specification
根据客户输入标准单独（或指导设计人员）设计2D及3D
- Double check 2D & 3D and approve design as 1st level internally
2D图纸及3D数模复审及作为内部第一级批准人
- Create and update R&D relevant PPAP documents, incl. but not limited to TA/TR, BOM, DFMEA, DVP, etc.
编制及更新研发相关PPAP文件，包括但不限于 TA/TR, BOM, DFMEA, DVP等
- Other defined tasks according to actual situation

任职要求：
- >= bachelor’s degree in mechanical, vehicle engineering or relevant major
本科以上（含）机械工程，车辆工程或类似专业
- >= 8 years working experiences in product development in automotive industry
8年以上（含）汽车行业产品开发类的工作经验
- Experiences of plastic product (or system), especially plastic product (or system) under engine hood & thermal dynamic plastic part, incl. but not limited to design & development, production & assembly process.
拥有塑料件产品（或系统）经验，特别是涉及发动机引擎盖下及热动态相关的塑料件产品（或系统），包含但不限与设计开发，生产及装配工艺
- Communication skill with cross function & external
拥有良好的跨部门及对外的沟通技巧
- Problem solving thinking and able to handle potential conflict
解决问题导向思维，并能处理潜在纠纷
- CAD capability (CATIA and/or UG)
CAD设计能力（CATIA及/或UG）
- Very good GD&T knowledge
非常好的GD&T知识
- Knowing PDM and/or PLM system for handling data & relevant R&D documents
了解PDM及/或PLM系统用以处理数据及相关研发文件
- Good English capability both in oral & written (at least CET6 or B2.0)

- Be active, flexible & innovative thinking
