工作描述：

1.负责软件产品IT运维，负责相关故障、疑难问题排查处理。
Responsible for IT operation and maintenance of software products.Responsible for troubleshooting and handling related faults and difficult problems,maintenance.
2.协助IT基础设施项目实施，监督。
Assisting infrastructure projects implementation.
3.支持所有IT系统的维护、开发、升级。包括网络、服务器、pc、操作系统、软件、外围设备和办公自动化设备。
Support all IT systems maintenance, development, upgrade. Including networks, servers, PCs, operating systems, software, peripherals and office automation equipment.
4.为终端用户书写IT作业指导书
Write IT operation instruction documentation for end users.
5.完成交办的其他相关工作。
Take miscellaneous related tasks assigned.

1.大专及以上学历,计算机相关专业
College degree or above,major in computer related.
2.良好的微软服务器系统(AD，组策略，DNS, DHCP等)工作知识和技能
Good working knowledge and skills in Microsoft server system (AD, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc)
3.对电脑各类软硬件问题有一定的判断力和解决能力
Good judgment and solution ability for all kinds of computer hardware and software problems
4.两年及以上IT运维相关经验
Two or more years of relevant experience in IT system operation.
5.英语能力：听说读写（必要条件）
English can speak and write
6.具有SAP 运维或开发经验者优先
SAP maintenance or development experience is plus
