1. 根据泵国产化项目以及公司的需求，找寻合适的供应商。针对供应商的物质、交货能力、质量以及价格等能力进行考核。
In accordance with the pump localization project and company requirement, looking for suitable supplier. Assess capability for supplier, including matter, delivery capability, quality, price etc.
2. 负责汇总采购申请、编制年度及项目采购计划、经过相关直线经理的审核批准后组织实施。
Be responsible for purchase application, creating annual purchase plan, approved by the line manager then organize implementation.
3. 订购单的下达，物料交期的控制，与供应商建立良好的关系，确保各项采购任务顺利完成。
Place order, control material delivery. Establish the good relationship with suppliers, ensure each purchase task is smooth accomplishment.
4. 合理的控制商品的采购价格；参与商品的检查验收工作；及退、换货的管理。
Reasonable control purchase price of goods, to participate in incoming material inspection and acceptance; Return and exchange goods management.
5. 开发供应商，并建立供应商评选及供货流程规范；组织询价、比价、议价。
Supplier development, set up supplier selection and process specification, Price inquiry, comparison, discussion.
6. 负责审阅和保存采购工作的文件，并对其归档和良好保管。
Be responsible for reviewing and safekeeping purchase files.
7. 公司管理层、员工手册和相关主管交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management.

- 5年以上泵行业公司采购工作经验，了解泵零部件，机封，电机，仪表等采购工作流程；
- 能熟练阅读机械零部件详图设计，熟悉机械零部件加工图纸
- 性格开朗，与人为善，乐于与人沟通；
- 具有很好的团队合作和自我激励能力
- 具有良好的协调能力
- 能够适应较强的出差强度
