1. Receive the customer warranty return parts and isolate them
2. Maintain and monitor warranty database
3. Analysis the warranty return parts performance per Spec and keep the analysis result, and follow brose field parts analysis process, lead problem solving of warranty case
4. Regular feedback field analysis result and report special issues to warranty supervisor
5. Handle customer complaint, and build good relationship with customer
