MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Mainly in charge for all Business Units’ external service & purchased parts sourcing, supplier development主要负责所有业务部门的外部服务和外购件采购、供应商开发
2. Select supplier with a purchasing approach (quality, cost, lead time, and innovation…)采用采购方法（质量、成本、交付周期和创新…）选择供应商
3.Guarantee competitive price and good quality in responsible purchase category在负责的采购类别中保证有竞争力的价格和良好的质量
4. Promote and manage suppliers and early supplier involvement, responsible for supplier sourcing and qualification process.促进和管理供应商和早期供应商参与，负责供应商采购和资格认证流程。
5. Review purchase requirement and execute sample purchase and payment to make sure qualified material available on time at lowest total cost.审查采购要求，执行样品采购和付款，确保以最低的总成本按时提供合格的材料。
6. Be familiar with SAP system, especially on the purchasing function.熟悉SAP系统，尤其是采购职能。
7. Strictly to achieve purchasing saving target and ensure purchasing CIP activities and daily efficient sourcing.严格执行采购节约目标，确保采购CIP活动和日常高效采购。
8. Strictly follow up company compliance policy.严格遵守公司合规政策。
9.Other tasks assigned by line superior.上级安排的其他任务。
