Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products， make sure manufacturing and assembling processes keep on improving and maintaining existing products;
按项目需求,负责设计新产品或新产品零部件,确保生产和组装过程持续改善和维护现有产品;
Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements;
按照项目目标和要求，设计和开发解决方案；
Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.);
明确范围并定义开始设计工作所需的基本信息（技术参数、系统配置和客户要求等）
 Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product;
参与新产品的概念开发和详细设计；
Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test;
负责样机的装配和测试，设计样机和部件的测试夹具;
 Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers;
提供技术领导并协助培训经验不足的工程师；
Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design;
支持公司对现有设计持续改进的计划；
Support after-sales personnel to solve technical problems and customer on-site training
支持售后人员解决技术问题以及客户现场培训；
To perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
BS degree or higher in instrumentation, machinery or electrical, or mechanotronics        and        related specialties;
本科及以上学历，仪表、机械、电气、机电等相关专业；
At least 5~10 years work experience in R&D with new product development experience;
5-10年以上研发工作经验，有新产品开发经验；
Experience with R&D processes;
有研发过程经验；
Familiar with tooling design and customized automation machine design, can make solution for design independently, probably strong technical background in the material testing field;
熟悉工装设计和定制自动化机器设计，能独立解决设计问题，或在材料测试领域有较强的技术背景；
Attention to detail/self-directed and able to work under minimal supervision;
注重细节/自我指导，能够在最低限度的监督下工作；
Knowledge of 3D mechanical software, preferably Solidworks;
熟悉三维机械软件，Solidworks尤佳;
Be able to use Microsoft Office, ERP, Outlook;
能够使用微软office、ERP、Outlook；
Very good English Language in speaking and writing;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
Good teamwork, readiness to learn and to work hard;
良好的团队合作精神，乐于学习和努力工作；
