•制定标准件生产工艺流程，支持质量部门制定过程检测计划.
Setup production process for standard parts, support quality department to set the process inspection plan.
•制定各工序操作说明、参数表并培训员工.Prepare the work instruction, parameter sheet and operator training.
•制定设备维护保养计划及设备故障维修记录.Responsible for production machine maintenance plan and record machine maintenance files.
•定义各工序各型号标准工时，包括TR换型时间、TE单件节拍时间.Set standard working time for each process, including TR-setup time and TE-cycle time.
•分析实际工序时间与标准工时之间的差异并制定提升方案.Analyze the deviation between standard working time and actual working time, define action for improvement.
•刀具等耗材寿命管理，及时提出采购需求及准备合理的库存量.Tool lifetime management, raise purchase request and prepare health stock level.
•通过工艺优化，持续改善标准件生产过程.Continue improvement for production process by process optimization.
•完成上级安排的其他任务.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications include资质包含:
•大专或同等以上学历，机电一体化相关专业.
Polytechnic school or related, mechatronics related specialty.
•2年以上相关工作经验.2 years related working experience.
•基本办公电脑技能制作文件.Basic computer skills for documents making.
•2D CAD 绘图技能.2D CAD drawing making skill.
•能接受加班和特殊情况下的倒班.Accept over time working and work on shift in special cases.
•良好的沟通以及团队合作.Good communication and teamwork.
•具备基本的机械及电器维修技能是加分项.Hands-on basic mechanical and electrical repair skill is a plus.
