Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Lead & Execution of the Global Sourcing Strategy at the Site Level.
Determines critical service/supplier attributes.
supplier positioning based on value of spend & risk to business.
Identifies opportunities, fosters relationships, and develops strategy for each purchasing type.
Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality, and performance measurement mechanisms.
Be responsible for supplier evaluation and selection. Develops appropriate contracts with suppliers. Maintains register of contracts.
Supplier performance monitoring & review, conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
Review material management data and feedback on potential improvement in material management process and planning.
Conduct market research and variation trend analysis for key raw materials.
Build sustainability in procurement process.
Proactively identify and manage risk in own area ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, industry codes, and ensures all purchasing systems and process are performed in accordance with SOX and other statutory requirements.
Responsible for daily management and efficiency improvement of sourcing team to achieve optimized costs for the company. Continuously improving purchasing systems and procedures.
Responsible for the process of FG and RM importing.
Lead and supervise logistic team to work with warehouse team for receiving and shipping raw materials/finished goods.
Lead and supervise logistic team to support customer team for finishing the deliver to customers.
Role model to a high standard of the company’s policies and procedures, values, and leadership standards.
Ensure all direct reports have clear performance goals and development plans which enable them to succeed.
Proactively lead the team to ensure a high standard of employee engagement.
Train staff on procurement and logistic procedures and policies to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain an effective orientation package and ensures that new staff members are appropriately orientated on Procurement policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Ensure that Procurement department maintains cooperative relations with other departments and interacts with them in a positive manner.
Job Qualifications工作要求

Sound oral & written English, and interpersonal & negotiation skills demonstrated by ability to interact professionally with diverse staff, stakeholders, clients
Bachelor’s degree required/Masters preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge/with certificate in purchasing, business negotiation
Knowledge/certificate in import and export management
Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage multiple activities with attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving capacity, with demonstrated ability for considerable analysis and sound judgment to find solutions in a complex environment.
Minimum 12 years practical experience in a senior purchasing function.
Experience with chemical or textile industry will be preferred.
Experience working in a MNC with ERP systems
