1. Provide desktop service for staff, including prepare/maintain PCs, telephones and printers etc.;为员工准备/维护电脑、电话、打印机等；
2. Answer IT inquiries phones and provide first line desktop support and troubleshooting;接听IT咨询电话并给予一线支持；
3. Assist end-users to resolve hardware and software issues reported through XJTLU Service Request System;协助用户解决通过XJTLU服务请求系统提交的软硬件问题；
4. Provide first line IT support for staff, such as set up, configure and troubleshoot network, computers, printers, and other peripherals;为员工提供一线技术支持，如设置，配置和诊断网络、电脑、打印机和其他外围设备的故障;
5. Provide first line support for classroom/computer room issues;为教室、机房问题提供一线服务；
6. Support campus events, teaching and learning activities;支持学校大型学术活动和会议；
7. Provide desktop service for students, including Software installation and consulting;为学生提供软件安装及咨询服务；
8. Perfect user documentation, FAQ and provide staff training;完善用户使用文档，常见问题解答以及提供员工培训；
9. Any other concerning IT works;其它IT相关工作；
10. Working time is shift:工作轮岗时间：Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00 or Monday-Friday: 17:00-21:00 & Weekend: 9:00-17:00


Qualifications
1. Experience in maintenance, management, installation and configuration of user computers;具有维护、管理、安装和配置用户计算机的经验;
2. Fluent English skills;流利的英语能力;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills;良好的人际关系和沟通技巧；
4. Team-working, transparency spirit, patience and interest in learning new technologies;团队协作精神，有耐心和兴趣学习新技术;
5. Willingness to learn in an international university environment; 具有在国际校园环境中学习的意愿。
6. Master Degree or above, majoring is not limited to Computer Science;计算机科学或相关专业硕士学位;
7. At least 3 years relevant working experience.至少3年相关工作经验。
