1. According to the maintenance plan for automation equipment        preventive maintenance and calibration;
2. Production line change support and equipment failure        treatment, equipment maintenance records and record keeping;
3. Analysis and treatment of abnormal quality of the production        lines;
4. The process of processing and improve the 6S, cost and saving        improved;
5. Analysis and improvement of automation equipment failure and        performance;
6. Automation equipment programming and debugging, testing and        system backup;
7. Implementation of technical change and record;
8. Responsible for the management of spare parts and machine        repair;
9. Responsible for the fixture design and maintenance;
10. Support for new RFQ about automation equipment and fixture;
11. On line training for operator about machinery and equipment        safety operation, technical training.                   

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in        Electronic/mechanical/Engineering or related        technical area;
2. Familiar with Electronic measurement and mechanical principle;
3. Independent working, pressure taking, team player;
4. Excellent communication and problem solving skill.
5. Familiar with below equipment        is preferred;        -Screw driver: Deprag        -PLC：Siemens or        Beckoff                -X-ray：Viscom        -Robot: Kuka
