主要职责:
Main Task
1.主导新项目的质量策划，定义产品开发质量目标，完成控制计划、检验规范、封样件/限度样件准备等相关质量文件的编制及发布；
Lead the quality planning of new projects, flow chart/PFMEA/control plan, inspection plan, master samples/boudary samples preparation.

2.参与拟定检具开发计划，制造评审及相关认可工作,跟踪检具生产过程，保证满足项目进度；
Organize gauge development plan, gauge manufacturing review and relevant approval from internal and customer, follow up gauge supplier produce progress (stick to project timeline).

3.负责OTS/PPAP文件的准备和递交，包含变更后的文件递交；
OTS/PPAP prepare and submit, include changes.

4.安排第三方现场服务人员工作，确保现服按照记录验计划执行检验并记录、反馈缺陷模式、缺陷率并指导现服返工；
Arrange 3rd party sorting work in customer side during ramp up,record all failure mode and work out inspection plan, rework instruction,how to prepare & feedback data and on-site rework.

5.负责PPAP文件的编制、收集、评审与提交；
Internal PPAP.

6.跟踪SOP前的EPC问题清单及8D问题牵头处理；
For project before SOP, follow up EPC open issues, lead internal 8D problems solving.

7.新项目的内部爬坡产能审核，SOP项目的过程审核
Internal run@rate auditing for new projects;Process audit for new SOP project ;

8.SOP前的ECN处理
ECN processing before SOP/handover

9.项目定点后的客户调查及定点后的质量协议风险识别
Customer survey after normination, customer quality agreement read through and risk feedback.

10.完成领导指派的其他工作任务。
Other tasks assign by by the superior.

岗位职责：
Qualification:

1.大专及以上学历；
Colleague degree above.

2.5年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉质量分析和统计工具；
5 years+ experience in auto industry, skilled on quality and statistic tools(fish bone, 5why,8D,plato, etc).

3.熟悉汽车行业质量体系IATF16949，以及VDA6.3,VDA6.5，可读懂并理解工程图纸；
Befamiliar with IATF16949 and VDA6.3 & VDA6.5, with ability to read and understand CAD drawing;

4.良好的书面英语
Good in English listening, speaking, and writing.
