工作描述:
工作内容:
1、Receive commercial requests (order demands) from both internal and external customers for spare parts; repair service; and other aftersales products via email; hotline; web shop; and other communication channels.接收来自内部和外部客户的备件商业需求(订单需求);维修服务;和其他售后产品通过电子邮件;热线;网络购物;以及其他沟通渠道
2、Follow after customers’ commercial requests to create SAP documents including quotations; sales orders; purchasing orders; delivery notes and billings.根据客户的商业要求创建SAP文档,包括报价;销售订单;采购订单;送货单据和帐单
3、Control and monitor the lead time and progress of commercial orders. Escalate delayed cases on time to regulated team leaders and managers. 控制和监控商业订单的交货期和进度。及时向相关部门领导和经理汇报延误情况
4、Communicate and feedback information with either customers or suppliers efficiently and properly when needed.在需要时,与客户或供应商进行有效和适当的沟通和反馈信息
5、Follow up with customer overdue payments initiatively and take dunning methods to chase back overdue payments in scheduled time frame. 主动跟进客户逾期付款情况,采取催收措施,在规定的时间内追讨逾期付款
6、Contribute to raising customer satisfaction by good communication with customers and dealing with complaints properly.通过与客户的良好沟通和妥善处理投诉,提高客户满意度

1、Bachelor or associate bachelor degree with university or college education 大学本科或专科
2、Business/ international trade/logistics 商务/国际贸易/物流管理
3、with 0~3 years’ working experiences; 0-3年相关工作经验
4、International & domestic trade; logistics; customer service; EXCEL & SAP knowledge 国际国内贸易知识;物流管理知识;客户服务技能;EXCLE 和SAP系统相关知识。
5、Good English: reading and writing, English test CET 4。 良好的英语能力 :英语CET4级水平。
