工作描述：
1. Develop, implement and maintain a consistent quality management system in alignment with company's objectives and in accordance with IATF16949 requirements；
2. Management system procedures translation from German/English to Chinese；
3. Align with headquarter to implement corporate policy or procedures in local plant, train related quality colleagues
4. Plan/organize/support internal system/process/product audit, lead the 3rd party and support customer audit
5. Follow up nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions
6. Support product approval audit, such as UL, CSA or other 3rd party audit
7. Other assignments by supervisor.

1. 2+ years experience in quality field, in which 2+ years’ experience in quality management system in electronic/Automotive/manufacturing companies
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic/mechanical/Engineering/English language
3. Familiar with quality management system standard and qualified internal auditor of IATF16949,
4. Quality tools (problem solving, SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, APQP) knowledge
5. VDA 6.3 &6.5 Training experience is preferred；
6. Good English spoken and written skills
