1. Price and terms negotiation for procution related materials and outsourcing products. Maintenance and control of purchasing records and documents.
2. Sourcing and searching for suitable suppliers based on quality and cost requirement analysis of the procurement markets
3. Support to implement of the purchasing strategy/storage strategy for procution related materials and outsourcing to meet comany’s KPI
4. Implement supplier assessment and evaluation process. Follow-up with supplier’s performant accordingly based on quality control,continous supply and improvement basis.
5. Building up a trust-based relationship and continuously maintenance of contacts within the supplier to keep countinous supply and quality requirment.
6. Leading supplier quality agreement for A supply.Dealing with internal claims from other departments for supplier issues, and negotiate with supplier for action plan and improvement under supplier quality agreement.
7. Other task assigned by line manager.

At least 4 years working experience in supplier related position
4年以上供应商相关工作经验
Bachelord degree or above, supplier management related certifacate is a plus
本科及以上学历，供应商管理相关专业优先
Good communication and negotiation skills

Cost sensitive, legal mindset and honest

Good analytical skills, and familiar with SCM Module in ERP
