General Purpose：
As a SQE Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, to work with sourcing for supplier identification, selection and qualification for critical    mechanical and    electrical components.
As a key communication channel and coordinator between supplier and internal related Dept.(including domestic and foreign colleagues) for solving any quality and technical related issue of suppliers.
1.Based on the request of new projects and cost reduction to qualify the new suppliers with technical and quality concepts, and ensure the qualified suppliers into to the AVL list.
2.Develop and implement plans to achieve targated objectives for critical suppliers and bad performance suppliers.
3.Performing regular supplier audits and preparing the    audit reports, and tracking the improvement.
4.Driving the First Airtical Inspection for new materials to ensure the fullfil the projects need.
5.Handle the supplier quality issues to ensure the daily production not be interruped.
6.Identify sourcing related cost reduction potential and work with R&D and suppliers on technical cost down solutions.
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

1.Bachelor or preferably master’s degree
2.Mechanical/electrical engineering or related
3.At least 5 year working experience
4.manufacturing field, ideally in sourcing development group.
5.Solid relevant technical background in manufacturing of lasers / electrical/mechanical components;
6.Very good communication especially to supplier, coordination skill and project management skills;
7.Be familiar with supplier qualification process
8.English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
