Job Responsibilities
1. Issue management by evaluating and prioritizing the daily issues. And provide quick fix to prevent operation from being stopped.
2. Collect the requirement from the user, evaluate requirement, analyze requirements and provide optimum solutions and work out delivery plan.
3. Work as the bridge between the end user and the BA team.
4. Document the WMS training materials
5. Support the new feature / existing system regression testing
6. Provide the training to operation team if necessary
a. 日常系统问题处理。快速反应提供问题解决方法防止操作中断
b. 搜集、分析用户需求，给出合理的优化解决方案并负责实施
c. 作为终端用户和BA团队的沟通桥梁
d. 编写WMS相关培训文档
e. 支持新功能及系统回归测试
f. 为操作提供相应的培训
