•负责车床、走心机、硬车等数控设备的编程及后续优化改善.
Responsible for creation of the turning machine, swiss type turning machine, hard turning machine CNC programing and future optimization.
•负责编写设备操作指导书、参数表等工艺文件并培训操作工.
Responsible for creating process documents like work instruction, parameter sheet and make training for operators.
•负责编写设备日常维护保养计划并培训员工实施.
Responsible for creating machine maintenance plan and make operator training.
•负责刀具等生产耗材管理.
Responsible for tools and other production consumables management.
•负责设备备件管理.
Responsible for machine spare parts management.
•参与问题解决及持续改进，完成上级安排的其他任务.
Participate problem solving and continues improvement, complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
