主要职责:
Main Task:
1、根据现有人员编制和需求制定招聘计划进行招聘,并持续跟踪部门编制和招聘匹配情况,做好风险预警提示;
Make recruitment plans according to the current staffing and needs, keep track of the matching of department staffing and recruitment.
2、根据公司招聘流程实施招聘活动,为用人部门寻找与岗位要求相符的候选人,不断优化完善招聘流程;
Carry out recruitment activities according to the company\\\\\\\'s recruitment process, search for candidates who meet the job requirements for the employing department, and constantly optimize and improve the recruitment process.
3、跟踪和收集同行业公司发展和人员流动的信息,有效获取人才;
Track and collect information on the development and personnel flow of the same industry, and effectively acquired talents.
4、维护现有招聘渠道,优化渠道产出的数量和质量,积极拓展并维护其他招聘渠道;
Maintain existing recruitment channels, optimize the quantity and quality of channel output, and actively expand and maintain other recruitment channels.
5、招聘数据管理与分析,周报、月报制作;
Manage recruitment data, make weekly and monthly reports.
6、配合上级领导安排的其他各项工作。
Cooperate with other work arranged by superior.
岗位要求:
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先;
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;
2.3年左右HR工作经验;
About 3 years HR working experience.
3.熟悉招聘流程,具有丰富的招聘经验与技巧,熟悉国家相关法律法规;
Familiar with recruitment process, rich recruitment experience and skills, familiar with relevant national laws and regulations;
4.有较强的沟通、协调能力,有团队协作,抗压能力强。
Good communication skills and coordination skills, team player, strong ability to work under pressure.
