Academic
1、Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer or Equivalent

Experience
At least 2 years of working experience in author, revise and review product documents, various technical contents of the new and existing products. Also experience in create and publish technical papers to different audience.
至少2年撰写、修订和审查产品文件、新产品和现有产品的各种技术内容的工作经验。还具有为不同受众撰写和发表技术论文的经验。
Fresh graduation will also be considered.

Job Duties
1. Produce and update documentation on product features including user manuals, operations guides, flow diagrams, video scripts, strategy and policy documents, and standard operating procedures.

2. Work with product managers, team leaders, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documents, including User Guides, Integration Guides, photos & ext.
